Ingredients
- 16 cups Chex cereal (I used equal parts corn, rice Chex)
- 4 cups Snyders honey mustard flavored pretzels
- 2 cup Cheerios (plain)
- 4 cups crushed garlic flavored bagel chips
- 4 cup peanuts
- 1 1/2 cup (3 sticks) butter, melted and hot
- 2 cup Chin Dribblin' Tamarind Yakisoba Sauce
- 4 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 3 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon onion powder
Directions:
- Heat oven to 250 degrees
- Add the Chex, pretzels, Cheerios, bagel chips and peanuts together in a large mixing bowl, and gently stir a bit to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Chin Dribblin’ sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder and garlic powder together until combined. Drizzle half of the sauce evenly over the Chex mix. Then give the mix a gentle stir to combine. Repeat by drizzling the remaining sauce over the Chex mix, and stir again until combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets with parchment paper and spread into an even layer. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until lightly browned and crisp, 45 to 50 minutes total. Let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheets before serving.
