Kung Wow Tuna Crudo

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Chin Dribblin Kung Wow Spicy Ponzu Sauce
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • Micro cilantro for garnish
  • 1 shallot small diced
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

1. Prepare the Ahi Tuna:

  • Remove blood line on fish (or have the butcher do for you at the shop)
  • Thinly slice the ahi tuna and arrange the slices in a single layer on a chilled serving plate.

2.Drizzle with Kung Wow Ponzu Sauce:

  • Spoon the Kung Wow Spicy Ponzu Sauce over the sliced tuna, ensuring it’s evenly coated with the tangy, spicy sauce.

3.Garnish:

  • Top the tuna with thin slices of fresh jalapeño, shallot, micro cilantro, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra texture and flavor.

4.Add the Sriracha Drizzle:

  • Drizzle the sriracha and sesame oil lightly over the tuna.

5.Serve:

  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges for a fresh, zesty finish.
