Green Curry Chimichurri Mac n Cheese
Ingredients:
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella) or any cheese of your choice
- 1/4 cup Green Curry Chimichurri
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute or until flour is cooked out.
- Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cheese, Green Curry Chimichurri, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Toss with cooked pasta and serve hot.
- Drizzle extra Green Curry Chimichurri on top!
