Green Curry Chimichurri Mac n Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella) or any cheese of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Green Curry Chimichurri
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute or until flour is cooked out.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in cheese, Green Curry Chimichurri, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Toss with cooked pasta and serve hot.
  6. Drizzle extra Green Curry Chimichurri on top!
