Green Curry Chimichurri Baked Salmon
An easy, flavorful dinner ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- ¼ cup Green Curry Chimichurri
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread Green Curry Chimichurri over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until flaky and cooked through.
- Add extra chimichurri to the bottom of the plate and serve salmon over top with rice and veggies!
