Green Curry Chimichurri Baked Salmon

An easy, flavorful dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup Green Curry Chimichurri
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread Green Curry Chimichurri over the fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until flaky and cooked through.
  6. Add extra chimichurri to the bottom of the plate and serve salmon over top with rice and veggies!
