Green Curry Chimichurri Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Gruyère)
  • 2 tbsp Green Curry Chimichurri
  • 1 tbsp mayo (for extra crispiness)

Instructions:

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread and spread mayo on the other side.
  2. Place one slice butter-side down in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded cheese and Green Curry Chimichurri, then top with the second slice.
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
